You are invited to the Annual Montgomery County Alumni Freshman Sendoff Event.  This year we will be joined by the Bucks County Alumni Chapter as well.

For the second straight year, this event will be held at Thunderbird Lanes in Willow Grove.  Thunderbird is at 1130 York Road in Willow Grove, PA.  Only 5 minutes from the Willow Grove Interchange of the PA Turnpike.  Just take 611 South and turn left on Fitzwatertown Road (4 lights once you exit the turnpike).

We have rented out the entire bowling alley including party rooms on Sunday, August 9th from Noon to 3PM.  This is a FREE event for all incoming freshmen to any of Penn State's 20 campuses. 

Freshmen will be bowling in groups by campus they will be attending. Freshmen will be given priority in bowling, but, if space is available, families will be able to bowl as well and are welcome to come ask questions about Penn State and meet other Penn State parents.

We will be providing pizza, soda, and water for everyone in attendance.  We ask that each family bring a single serve dessert (cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc) for about 10 people to share with the group.

Please make sure to RSVP based on the ticket description so that we have an accurate count of freshmen and family members.  Since we are limited on space, we'd kindly ask that nobody brings more than 3 family members with them.
