If you're tired of the winter blues, come join fellow Penn Staters for our first themed happy hour of 2015.  We will be celebrating warm weather with a beach theme.  Come bask in the sun and meet other Penn Staters from around the county.  You do not have to be a Chapter member to attend and are welcome to bring as many guests as you'd like.
