The Montgomery County Penn State Alumni Chapter is teaming up to help the Penn State Abington campus collect food for Camp Out for Hunger for the second year.   All food collected will be donated to Philabundance during The Preston & Steve Show, 93.3 WMMR, Camp Out for Hunger.  Last year Penn State Abington participated in a “friendly” competition with the Temple Ambler Campus’ Owl Ambassadors, to see who could make the largest donation. For the third year in a row, the Nittany Lions won the "friendly" competition!  There will be another “friendly” competition and the Montgomery County Alumni Association will be helping the Abington campus to reach their goal. 

On October 7th and November 4th at our monthly happy hours we will be collecting food.  For every item of non-perishable food that you donate at the happy hour, you will have a chance to win a free ticket to this year’s PSU MontCo Holiday Party. The raffle will be held at 7:00pm.

Please come out to donate food and to a great cause while meeting with fellow Penn State Alumni and friends.
